Orange (scientific name is Citrus X Sinensis) is known as the king of fruits.  Orange is very vital to health of a human being. Taking Orange every day will help you in recovering from digestive problems.  In Orange there is abundant nutritious elements. Outer layer of Orange is very help full in solving skin problems.  Drying up the outer layer in Sunlight and make its powder and mix it with water to make paste, so that it will become a face mask for skin problems.  It gives immense quality and color to your skin.  It contains vitamin c and anti oxidants, therefore anti oxidants make your skin glow.  

Even though every thing has a good and bad side therefore, before applying anything on your face a Doctor discretion or own discretion is better, so that there will not be any negative outcome for this. 

As natural elements are always helpful in bringing naturality to your skin it is better to include Orange in your every day fruits.  If you do not use it every day try to use it in a week or so, if any body is having digestion problems then no doubt it supports in better digestion.

Apple(scientific name is Malus Domestica) is another fruit which makes your day a favorite one.  Including One Apple in your daily diet programme is helpful in making a better and healthy living.  Apple is a fleshy fruit and there is no known side effects in using Apple in every day life.  About Apple there is a saying "An Apple a Day keeps away the Doctor".  Apple has many nutritional values included in it.  The main thing is Vitamin C.  Vitamin C is good for keeping your bones intact and also good for teeth, over all vitamin helps in improving health conditions better.  As it is a fleshy fruit, it has a good amount of calories.  So it is better to include Apple in every day life which is helping you in making your body stronger and appealing.

There are many types of Apples some are too fleshy and some other apples are too delicate so discretion is your own to use.  The outer layer of Apple contains vitamins therefore normally apple is taken as a whole.  It is better to remove the outer layer or removing the outer are skin with knife so that if any chemical contaminant applied on the outer layer can be removed, which may otherwise create health problem.  

As it is always told that too much of any fruit or food is not ideal for health therefore, before including anything in your diet Doctor's advice is necessary and also you can decide your own or by consulting a Dietician for that.
