MAIN INGREDIENTS

PASTA-1/2 KG 

TOMATOES-2 NOS. SMALL

SALT - 1/2 TBS, 

PASTA MASALA - 1/2 TBSP

RAI AND OIL FOR TADKA AND FRYING

GREEN CHILLI -02 NOS

BLACK PEPPER POWDER- 1 TBSP


HOW TO PREPARE

KEEP THE PASTA CLEANED PROPERLY ON ONE SIDE.

CUT THE TOMATOES INTO SMALL PIECES 

ADD SOME CORIANDER LEAVES OR CURRY LEAVES IF NEEDED

SPRAY SOME OIL INTO THE VESSEL

LET IT HEAT PROPERLY

UPON HEATING ADD SOME RAI AND CURRY LEAVES

LET THE RAI BURST OUT PROPERLY

POUR LITTLE BIT OF WATER

ADD PASTA MASALA 1/2 TBSP

ADD CHILLI POWDER 1/2 TBSP

ADD HALDI POWDER 1/4 TBSP

ADD BLACK PEPER POWDER 1/4 TBSP

ADD PIECES OF GREEN CHILLY

MIX ALL PROPERLY

ADD CLEANED PASTA INTO IT

AND FRY IT PROPERLY TILL IT PROPERLY COOK.

ADD CORIANDER LEAVES

REMOVE FROM FLAME

KEEP MEDIUM FLAME ALWAYS


VITAL HEALTH INFORMATION

PASTA is made of maida use of maida needs user discretion, if anybody have health problems like digestion or any type of intestine problem avoid eating maida.  We are eating it once in a week there is no known health problems due to maida.  Even though user discretion is very important.

Other ingredients mainly spices may also cause intestinal problems, therefore, user discretion is required.

This is overall a very good Breakfast item.  For those who are not coming under the category may once try to prepare this.
