Kerala Back Waters

Kerala Back Waters is a place suitable for traveling through the waters by hiring a boat or on a sharing basis. Non-veg and Veg food are available throughout the day for enjoyment. The backwaters in Kerala mainly spread through the  Kumarakom, Alappuzha, and Kollam Districts.

The stunning lakes available as per geographical location are Vembanadu, Ashtamudi, and Punnamada.  These lakes are abundantly filled with water throughout the year, these lakes are giving seamless enjoyment to the tourists. 

Houseboats provide wonderful enjoyment and cruising through the backwaters in these Houseboats pave the way to a stunning and enthusiastic clubbing of ultra-modern facilities with coveted veg and non-veg food cuisines and support of music on the go.  The visitors will be keen to observe the water and take photographs of sealife and sunset.

Sambar
Sambar is a traditional Kerala soup curry dish that is very popular among all Keralites. Nowadays North Indian People are also interested in this dish, the tongue-twisting taste of kayam(Asafoetida) is very intimidating with various other vegetables also contributing and increasing the flavor of this dish. Sambar is normally used with Idli and Cooked Rice. Once you know the taste it would be one of your favorite gravy dishes for lunch or dinner. Sambar making is simple and easy and anybody can prepare Sambar, except the fact that Tuver Dal with Haldi and Namak to be cooked in a Cooker for speedy preparation. Sambar Masala is available in the Market and I always prefer to use Eastern Sambar Masala or you can make it with Dhaniya Powder and other spices.
