Kerala Back Waters
Kerala Back Waters is a place suitable for travel through the waters by hiring a boat or on sharing basis. Non-Veg and Veg food are available through out the day for enjoyment.
Sambar
Sambar is a traditional Kerala Dish which is very popular among all Keralites. Now a days North Indian People are also interested in this dish, the tounge twisting taste of kayam is very much intimidating with various other vegetables also contributing and increasing the taste of this dish. Sambar is normally used with Idli and Cooked Rice. Once you know the taste it would be one of your favorite dish for lunch or dinner. Sambar making is very easy and anybody can prepare Sambar except Tuver Dal with Haldi and Namak to be cooked in a Cooker for speedy prepartion. Sambar Masala is available in the Market and I always prefer to use Eastern Sambar Masala or you can make it with Dhaniya Powder and other spices
