Water for wet grinding 1 cup or as per need to make thick batter

How to Prepare Mutta Appam
Add unboiled rice in a bowl and add 02 cups of water, next day morning clean the soaked rice properly and add 1/2 cup boiled rice. Grind it in to smoth mixture and add required salt, do not add too much of water.
Heat upa a tava and add oil for frying 1 cup oil will be sufficient, when the oil is properly heated add one Spoon full of batter into the oil turn upside down and fry no need to get golden brown colour. Remove with a Jally for escapting from too much oil. Place it on a paper and dry it up for oil removal, use with tea in the evenings or as morning breakfast along with any curries such as Chana Masala Gravy.
