DRUMSTICK TREE LEAF SPECIAL
Drumstick Leaf has so many specialties, it has great health values and is very useful if you have vitamin C and D deficiency, as well as it has great amount of iron and other mineral properties, so use of Drum Stick Leaves without too many preservatives and spices is very useful in the daily routine.
Daily routine is Lunch and Dinner, the leaf should be properly washed with clean water before cooking. In Kadai add 2 tbsp oil, curry leaves and rai for tadka, then add the chopped drumstick leave and add sufficient salt 1/2 tbsp haldi powder and place one lid on the top of the kadai.
Add some water in the Kadai if it is drying else no need. Check after 5 to 10 minutes whether it is completely boiled or not, a nourishing smell will occur if it is properly cooked.
At the end add some chopped coconut and fried non cooked rice for taste. Remove from flame and use it with Lunch or Dinner and Rice or Roti.
