Puri Bhaji



Puri is an attractive and enjoyable dinner food item.  Puri is a very digestive, crispy food, which is made up of Wheat Flour.  As wheat flour has no side effects the abundant people of India consider puri as their prime enjoyable food item and the Indian people outside of India may also be preparing this due to its taste.  Along with Bhaji, this food item will explore the nuke and cones of the tastiness; ultimately, this is a wonderful combination.  Everywhere there is puri bhaji people break out and assemble to eat this tasty delicacy. 

Puri Preparation:

This is made up of atta by making a lot with a little bit of water spraying and prior to adding water salt should be added to taste and mix it properly to make a smooth dove on a ball shape and cut this into several pieces with the rolling wood  - chapati maker roll it to perfection without the help any atta or wheat flour just add a little bit of oil prior to rolling to make a round shape puri or you can also use a machine viz. roti making machine for domestic use.  Roll it to perfection add 10 spoons of oil to a round-shaped utensil and start heating, till it is properly heated do not place the puri inside the oil, wait for some time and the flame may be reduced to medium to get the puri cooked to brown color.  

Then remove each puri separately and lay it in a paper to dry the oil, then it can be used for dinner along with Bhaji.

How to Cook Bhaji :

Bhaji as told earlier is very easy to cook 

Clean the 4-2 potatoes of medium size or boil 04-02 potatoes for some time and put them into an ordinary water dish and let it cool remove the outer layer and cut it into diamond shape pieces, 

Add one teaspoon of oil to burst the rai and heat the jeera together in a cooking dish, 

After adding the oil rai and jeera add garlic 3-4 petals some green chilies according to your taste and small pieces of ginger for taste.

Add one sliced onion and steer it properly to get a golden brown color.

Add water to this and boil for some time say  five minutes, 

Add coconut milk for taste.

Remove it from the flame and use it with hot puri to have a nice dinner.
